Great Service! Suzi was WONDERFUL to work with in surprising my husband with a piece he’d been eyeing for months. When I was in the store Suzi gave me her card to call her to make arrangements, since my husband was there with me at the time. Months later I called her, while I’m in another state, and Suzi remembered me helped me make the purchase over the phone. She had the ring polished and boxed for his surprise pickup.
